At Big Bertha Original, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home comfort products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring that bean bags and home accessories are clean, unused, and in resalable condition.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
